Best location, beautiful hotel, and 5 star staff

I loved everything about this place, from the moment you walk inn the staff is unbelievably courteous and helpful, the rooms are massive, it’s a 5 min walk to Sunday night market pool is uncrowded and clean. Also if you want to do late check out it’s only a 100 baht an hour witch is really nice if you take night train or have a late flight.

Perfect place to stay in old town.

Perfect walking distance to everything old town, 5 min walk to Sunday market, 15 min walk to the main gate, tons of food near by.

The showers are terrible, they are updated but they shower head itself is horrible takes 10 minutes just to get wet to bathe.

Wonderful

Room was big and comfortable. Option to get an early breakfast, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good

It’s nice that they have a pool, but unfortunately it’s not a pleasant place to hangout, little sitting, green or shade. They don’t give you info on how to visit places on your own, they only try to sell you tours.

Amazing hotel!

The hotel was in a great location and nearby everything! Lots of cafes, restaurants, even a pharmacy and a 7-11 were close. The ATM was a few minutes down the street as well. I went to the night market, which was a 20 minute walk from the hotel and was an easy walk. Plenty of tuk tuks and taxis around if you can’t walk for long distances. My room was clean and upon check in, there were 2 cute elephants made from towels which were placed on the bed. I also loved the shower! As silly as it sounds, the shower head was great. The pressure was strong, yet soft at the same time. There was also a separate heater setting in the shower that allowed you more control of the temperature of the water. I found this more helpful versus a regular shower handle. Previous hotels I stayed at while in Thailand, the water would fluctuate from super hot to cold during my showers. Not sure why this would happen, but this didn’t happen at Le Naview. Staff were also super friendly and answered any questions that I had. The pool is small compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, but great to use on a hot day and was a decent size. The hotel is also nearby the airport, about 10-15 mins away driving depending on traffic. Since I went during non-peak season (monsoon season), the streets were very quiet at night.

Brilliant hotel in the old part of Chiang Mai

Our room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel breakfast was varied, with cereals, fruit, cooked food etc. The hotel is located in the old part of Chiang Mai city, close to temples and various walking markets. Some of these are within walking distance but there are also plenty of options for getting around if you would prefer not to walk - tuk tuks, Songthaews (red taxis) or Grab taxis etc. The hotel pool was refreshing after a day out in the humidity, as was the air conditioning in our room. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. There is a lady at the counter beside reception who was brilliant in helping us to plan our day trips for the limited time we had in Chiang Mai. Would definitely stay here again.

Le Naview did everything it needed to do.

Rooms were a great size. The cafe and outdoor seating area was brilliant if not a touch small. Staff were lovely.

Things that could easily and cheaply be fixed. Under the beds needed cleaning/vacuuming. No hot water in the sink. Shower heads loose and too low. Also the swimming pool was too cold to be used. At all other hotels at similar price on our trip the pool was warm.

Great location for a great price

A very nice hotel in the old Chiang Mai town, the room was clean and functional. Two free toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom and free bottle water daily. The room doesn’t come with a microwave just a heads up. The staff are very friendly and accommodating which was so sweet seeing as we don’t speak Thai. There’s a nice lady that works with the hotels to arrange tours.

The night market is a further walk than advertised but a tuk tuk ride for two was only 150 baht or $1.44 usd.

Very Good

Being at Le Naview was a great experience. All the staff were amazing and so helpful. The room was clean, safe and the AC was silent and working properly. They have a Lady, who is responsible for the tours, whom I advise all customers to book tours. She was awesome and nice. I totally recommend.Thanks ,

Exceptional

Really lovely stay at Le Naview @ Prasingh. We enjoyed every bit of it. The room was spacious and modern. The staff were very nice and helpful. The little restaurant did both lovely breakfast and dinner. The pool was a great place to cool down on the hot days. Would recommend this place in Chiang Mai as it's close to all amenities.

Hotel's vicinity has lots of eateries. Location of hotel is 10 mins from CNX, yet it maintained a quiet atmosphere. Staff were courteous in accommodating our requests.
